Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. is a solely state-owned limited company invested and reorganized on the basis of the former Beijing Subway Corporation by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People’s Government of Beijing Municipality in accordance with The Company Law of the People's Republic of China, mainly engaged in investment and financing and capital operation for urban infrastructure (recently in rail transit). Since May 2006, our company has cooperated with BII to help them with creation, design, project supervision and construction.
